Refilling my thyroid perscription turns complicated

because, to find out, that with the HIPA Act (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) that went through on April 14th, my doctor's office will no longer call in prescriptions or answer a pharmacy asking for one. I have to pick it up in person or have it mailed to me. I have a total of 6 pills left, and it takes 5 to 7 business days to get a script that was mailed out (can't pick it up there due to their hours).
