Hostels are cheaper than hotels, and Marnen needs to get a replacement card.

Nearest hostels to Cardiff Bay are Nomad (11, Howard Gardens) and The Riverhouse Backpackers (59 Fitzhamon Embankment- seems to be continually booked over weekends throughout the summer, so would have to go during the week for this hostel, but has higher rating on average checking with different review websites)

Hostels are so much better. You meet so many more cool people than you would in the isolating environment of a typical hotel.
