Horrible news, and I was at that concert

I would be surprised if the band ever goes back to the Albion, or NYC in future tours due to what just happened there. For those that don't know. After the show at the Albion, Jessica went to the bar to get a drink, and when she wasn't looking, someone slipped a Rufinol ("Ruffy") into her drink. Luckily, they found Jess in time to take her to the hospital before anything could happen to her, though she was quite sick from it. As a result, they almost cancelled the Ithaca show at the Haunt, but decided to go on with the show anyways, but without Jessica. They were late as it was and when Rogue informed us of why, we were all ready to go down to NYC to try to find the bastard that did this to Jess. Let us all pray that Jess gets well soon, and that the person responsible gets what's coming to him.

I hope Jessica (one of the backup singers/dancers) gets gell soon, and that no one else got the same nasty surprise that she did.

I also hope that bastard gets what's coming to him too.

This is a horrible shock! What the fuck?! I'm dumbfounded! Let us pray she's okay and the guy gets caught or Karma gets him soon!

That's the only update I have... but they did say that she got to the hospital in time.

update:

"Thought you all should know: Jess is ok now and Danced tonight at Draculas Ball in Philly.

There were complications with dehydration yesterday before the show in Ithaca that required a trip to an emergency room along the way. She was in no shape to dance at the show and the band had to do a sound check after doors opened (giving the crowd a rare glimps into the workings of the band)

It was scary and upsetting for us all and we are very happy that she is felling better now.

I'm also counting myself lucky that I didn't decide to get a drink there during the show. Not that I'm as cute or noticeble as Jessica who had just been on stage, but who knows who else this asshole may have targeted.
