3 Months...

Gods... 3 Months. Marnen and I have been together for 3 months. It is like we've been together for a lifetime and no-time at all.

I need to get into shape... I was having trouble keeping up at times during the weekend running around the city. I also kept loosing my breath.

Anyone got a good suggestion for a morning stretch routine? I also need something to work out the kinks in my body.
