happy start to my day- from a vegetable

Yay! I stopped off to get a chai at Stage Coach on State Street, and they had zucchini bread!!! I *love* zucchini bread. I got 2 pieces for later, and I have to go to Brugger's to get some butter so it'll be nice and soft by the time lunch comes around.

For me, there's something very good, delicious, comforting, and satisfying about zucchini bread with softened butter. A fresh loaf of it was something I looked forward to as a kid. I so have to find a copy of the old cookbook my mom used to make her zucchini bread from, although I have found other really good recipes.

Now I just have too many things to do today... and tomorrow...
