Not that I think that prostitution is a bad thing- I'm for legalizing it and regulating it with medical testing. However, since he was in an area where it wasn't legal and in a marital relationship where it seems that sort of thing isn't allowed (or if it is, it's kept quite secret), then the man shouldn't have been fooling around like that.
And since he was a DA then State Attorney General (who had been involved in the prosecution of a couple of prostitution rings himself!) he should have been a lot smarter (because he should have known that there was a chance of getting caught).
