WI results & WW Journal 7/6

Ok, being careful has it's advantages... I lost 1.2 lbs

  • Lean Cuisine roasted garlic chicken w/spinach 4 pts

  • Weight Watchers 2 pt Peanut Butter & Chocolate bar 2 pts


Dinner: points used = 26, remaining 0 (& used 8 Weekly Allowance points)
  • spaghetti 4 pts

  • 1 meatball 5 pts

  • greek salad with no dressing 2 pts

  • feta cheese 3 pts

  • garlic bread 10 pts
