my back is a scaley peeling mess...

Ok, so the burning hurt of the sunburn is gone... now my skin is dry and cracked and peeling. and itchy...

long bath with some sort of Oatmeal product, exfoliate in the tub, then moisturize the hell out of yourself.

I'll have to do that on Sunday if I survive that long... that's the next time I'll have access to a bath tub (unless it's right before I go to sleep tonight...)

buy some Aveeno oatmeal body wash and use it in the shower.

doesn't help as much as a long oatmeal bath soak, but it's better than nothing.
