long bath with some sort of Oatmeal product, exfoliate in the tub, then moisturize the hell out of yourself.

I'll have to do that on Sunday if I survive that long... that's the next time I'll have access to a bath tub (unless it's right before I go to sleep tonight...)

buy some Aveeno oatmeal body wash and use it in the shower.

doesn't help as much as a long oatmeal bath soak, but it's better than nothing.
