If you take a look at the About section, IIRC it sounds to me like they're a bunch of investors who seem to want to license Firefly from Joss. There's nothing about using the original cast or of Joss being involved at all. IMO, it's like the group who wanted to make a TV series about the Dragonriders of Pern... lots of ideas which will get fans all excited and end up going nowhere.

Hope I'm wrong, though.
