taking a test at work

Ok, so one of the agents is now "the" trainer. Beside being the primary person for coordinating and overseeing the training new people, he's also responsible to answering the "how do I" questions that everyone has, and for finding the weak spots for current agents and where more training is needed.
So currently, he's been working on a test to give new agents as they come off training. He's testing it out on agents of all levels.
10 pages. 74 questions. Mix of multiple choice and write in.
And it's open book (so not only is it what we know off the top of our heads, but how to search for the answers.
And I'm not used to hand writing anymore... not a lot of stuff at once.

Handwritten reports don't go in the computer, so they don't exist?
Then neither do handwritten tests.
Not a suggestion. A requirement for this to be taken seriously.
