Yes, we got the replacement insurance when we got the phones.
Or how long it takes the insurance company to call Marnen and them to ship it to me and me to get it.
Basically, Verizon doesn't run their own insurance, so it's a 3rd party company. So I submitted the claim, and they're supposed to call Marnen back within 24 hrs (I gave them his cell #). After that, they overnight us a new phone, and with it is an evelope with a pre-paid postage to send the damaged phone back.
and I'll need everyone's phone #s again once I get it back, since the memory on my current phone is lost as well.
