I'm going to *KILL* an application group...

Every single time I reset a password for this system I have to delete all the cookies, delete the temp internet files, clear the history, close out of IE and then open it and go back into the application before I can reset another password on that system.

and sometimes I have to do all of that more than once

And when we asked the application group to fix it, they said they can't- all we can do is clear the cache and etc....

I just want to strangle someone until they fix it

There are plenty if "privacy applications" that can do all of that with the click of the mouse. That's assuming you are allowed to install applications on your desktop.

And as we all know they CAN fix it, they just choose NOT TO.

*nod* I can't install anything because it's on a citrix box that we don't own.

I know... that's part of the reason I want to use the dark side of the force and strangle someone until the team fixes it.

Write a simple fix_this_crap.bat file that should handle it for you?
If the deletions are all in the same directories each time this should work.

You're not installing anything though - it's just an automated script run from the command line. Can even be left on a floppy disk.

and this happens to be a citrix server/desktop I'm using
