WI Results and jounal continuation

I lost 3.2!! I'm now down 49 pounds from when I started. Now I have to work to get back over that 50 pound mark. I'm also under the 224 lb threshold, so I'm now down to 26 points a day. I tend to have a little trouble adjusting to a different level of points (if the last time I changed points is any indication).

L - salad (0); chicken (5); cheese (2)- total

S- WW 2pt peanut butter bar (2)- total 2, 14 remaining
A&S snack- Rose Syrup over crushed ice- (2 I took a very tiny bit), cookies (2)- total 4, 10 remaining
D- partial piece of spanikoptia [the rest will be lunch/snack another day] (6), veggies (0), cheese on salad (4)- total 10, 0 remaining
Fruit/Veg: 5, Milk 2, Water a lot (I need to track this more, I know it's at least 6, because I get at least that during the day at my desk between over 1 WW mug of water and milk/juice)

D- Stuffed Zucchini w/yogurt sauce (5)- total 5, 5 remaning
leave me some wiggle room for another milk and/or a skinny cow mint sandwich (or some of the Edy's all fruit sorbet.... hmmmm), or Taco bell pintos & cheese
