it's not... it's the southern most free bridge on the Hudson River to link east and west. All the bridges to the south are toll (and a min of 15 miles apart). The bridge just to the north of it is the Interstate 90 bridge that's been under rennovation.

the I-90 bridge is/has been for the most part open. I don't think they've closed more than one or two lanes at a time. And those only at night.


It's I-90 between Exits 5 and 2 you have to worry about. That's what's been getting closed every night and weekend...
