I lost 3.2!! I'm now down 49 pounds from when I started. Now I have to work to get back over that 50 pound mark. I'm also under the 224 lb threshold, so I'm now down to 26 points a day. I tend to have a little trouble adjusting to a different level of points (if the last time I changed points is any indication).

Start weight 272.8 Current 223.8 Net change -46.2
Start 6/9/04, 10% on 9/15/04 next goal - the next 10 lbs
Decending the decades: 270-6/23, 260-7/8, 250-8/15, 240-10/13, 230-4/13/05

journal- yesterday what actually happened )

Plan for today )

http://www.recipesource.com/fgv/vegetables/zucchini/zucchini-yogurt.html is the recipe for dinner. And I just signed up for eTools on the WW website, so I tested the recipe with it... only 5 points for a whole stuffed zucchini and sauce! *happy happy* Marnen's made it once before and it's ymmy.

and they're all in the same group function, but different accounts.

One sends a ticket back to us every time he would have to call the client back.

The other two, who work together, have been sending a ticket back to my group every single day for the whole week. Basically, the ticket originally came back on Tuesday from one person because the client needed to fill out a form. I sent the client the form, updated the ticket with that fact, and after checking my documentation, sent the ticket back to their group. Later that afternoon, the other person sent the ticket back saying that the form needed to be filled out. I updated the ticket again, stating that I had already sent the client the form and that the documentation said that a ticket needed to be sent to their group. Wednesday, the first person sent it back stating that the form needed to be filled out. I sent the ticket back to them, and this time in a separate email I forwarded a copy of the documentation to the two people who had sent it back. I included a note stating that if the documentation is wrong to let me know and start the process to get the documenation changed (we don't own the database, so it's a convoluted process). Then I sent an email to my team lead with all the stuff that happened.

I just got the ticket back in my queue.

Now, apparently this group reports to a different division. And no matter what my team lead says, that other division says, "oh, it's just X-Group," and doesn't do anything to them. I have a voicemail for the manager of that group waiting for her.

If I pulled any of this shit, my ass (and the rest of me) would be fired.

I emailed you and Casey as well. Would you be interested in having dinner with [livejournal.com profile] marnen and me at Southern Region? We're planning on salmon in a foil wrap with a marinade (bitter orange juice, olive oil, shallots, mint, and garlic), roasted veggies (carrots, turnips, zucchini and are on the plan, but if there's something else you'd want we can pick it up), and baked sweet potato/white potato (Marnen likes sweet potatoes, I like white). Let me know before noon if you're interested (I'm getting out of work early then we're going shopping on the way to the event).
