Date: 2005-07-06 05:55 pm (UTC)What I did was I made sure I had a little paper QuickTrak booklet that I collect from the meetings (I usually use the larger diary) in my basket so that I didn't have the excuse of "I didn't have something to write it down on".
I think I'm going to put one in my purse so I always have something on me to write down what I ate, even if I don't know the points.
