I seriously dislike diets; however, the results are wonderful!

I'm not looking at Weight Watchers as a diet, but to change my eating style and life style into something healthier.

I can still have the filet and the baked potato. I could even have the whole thing if I wanted to (but I usually can't finish it all anyway). It's just a factor of portion control and making healthier choices.

I have diabetes on both sides of the family, and heart issues. The more I can do to improve my chances, the better off I will be in the long run.

I'm right there with you on all of the aforementioned.

It's a hard change but what's making it easier is the support of friends and the lj posts of our successes. :-D

LET'S KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Yep. Both my parents are diabetics and both of them have heart problems; as do/did other relatives.
