I'm going to Outback after I get out of work at 8pm (so I can get some rare steak...)

5 slice deli-sliced turkey (3)

1/2 serving bread (2)
2 cups Tossed Salad, Without Dressing 0
3 1/2 oz cooked filet mignon (7)
1/2 large baked potato (2)
steamed veggies (0)

Date: 2005-07-26 09:12 pm (UTC)I can still have the filet and the baked potato. I could even have the whole thing if I wanted to (but I usually can't finish it all anyway). It's just a factor of portion control and making healthier choices.
I have diabetes on both sides of the family, and heart issues. The more I can do to improve my chances, the better off I will be in the long run.
